Cancellation & Refund Policy

Jersey Diamond Cleaning LLC values our clients’ time and strives to provide reliable and efficient service. The following policy outlines our cancellation and refund guidelines.

Appointment Cancellations

Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice if they need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled cleaning appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Same-Day Cancellations

Appointments cancelled on the same day as the scheduled service may be charged up to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

No-Show Appointments

If our team arrives at the scheduled location and cannot access the property or the appointment is missed without notice, a service fee may apply.

Rescheduling

We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests based on availability.

Refunds

Due to the nature of cleaning services, refunds are generally not provided once the service has been completed. However, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your cleaning service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will make reasonable efforts to address the concern.

Service Adjustments

If additional cleaning is required beyond the originally scheduled scope of work, additional charges may apply with client approval.
