Service Agreement

  • By booking a service with Jersey Diamond Cleaning, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all residential, commercial, and rental cleaning services provided by our company.

Estimates and Pricing

  • All quotes and estimates are based on the information provided by the client, including property size, condition, and requested services. Final pricing may be adjusted if the condition of the property differs significantly from the information provided or if additional services are requested during the cleaning appointment.

Booking and Scheduling

  • Appointments must be scheduled in advance through our booking system , by phone, or by email. While we strive to accommodate requested dates and times, availability is not guaranteed until your booking has been confirmed by our team.

Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of the cleaning service unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept major payment methods including credit/debit cards, cash, and other approved digital payment options.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Access to Property

  • Clients are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled service time. If our team cannot access the property at the scheduled time, a service fee may apply.

Client Responsibilities

To ensure the best service experience, clients are encouraged to:

  • Secure fragile or valuable items

  • Provide accurate details about the property and requested services

  • Inform us of any special cleaning needs or safety concerns

Satisfaction Guarantee

  • Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please notify us within 24 hours of the appointment, and we will make reasonable efforts to address the concern.

Liability

  • Jersey Diamond Cleaning is not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by improperly installed or fragile fixtures. Any claims regarding damage must be reported within 24 hours of service.

Health and Safety

  • Our team uses professional cleaning products, including eco-friendly options when available. Clients must inform us in advance of any allergies, sensitivities, or hazardous conditions within the property.

Changes to Terms

  • Jersey Diamond Cleaning reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updates will be reflected on this page.
